For refunds and returns, our policy lasts for 15 days after purchase. 
If it has been 15 days since you received your item, a return and refund cannot go ahead.

In order to arrange a return, the product must be in the same condition as it arrived.


Damaged items require proof with a photo.

To go through with a return, items must be returned to us within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage fees.

Once we have received the return and there are no problems, we can process a refund of the products returned. 

The refund will be sent via the payment method used when purchasing the order. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:


  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Used Jewellery

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale
